Shipping policy

All ready-to-wear and custom pieces are shipped fully insured and carefully packaged.

Ready-to-wear orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Custom and made-to-order pieces have production timelines that vary by project. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the inquiry and design process.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value shipments.

Laura Joëlle Fine Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control.
